Pre-order & production lead times
Albéric operates according to a production method favouring pre-orders. We opt for this type of production to:
- Prevent overproduction and waste; pre-order helps to produce an accurate number of each product in the correct size.
- Guarantee better quality and value; all pieces are made especially for you with extra care. It also means that those pieces are limited edition and their value will not be reduced due to overproduction.
- Encourage conscious and thoughtful buying; Alberic wishes to create a significant addition to the wardrobe of its users. Pieces intended to be worn and cherished for life.
During each season, we’ll have multiple drops. Pre-orders will be open for a limited time (between 1 to 2 weeks). We then close pre-orders and count every order for production. Each piece is handmade to order at Albéric’s studio by Marie-Eve and her small team. The making process takes 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the garment’s complexity and the order demand, from when we close pre-orders.
Shipping, processing & delivery times, order tracking information
We ship worldwide out of our studio in Montreal, QC - using Canada Post for Canadian orders or UPS for American orders (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). All orders are trackable and shipped as soon as production is finished. Once your order has been processed and fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation along with your tracking number. Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your tracking information to update.
Shipping costs are fixed and established according to your delivery address and not by weight.

Standard shipping is 10$ on orders under 300$

Free pick up at the studio for all orders.
All orders can be picked up for free at our studio.
Rest of Canada :

Standard shipping is 20$ on orders under 300$

Rest of the world :
Standard shipping is between 45$ and 65$ on orders under 300$

Please note :
- shipping costs do not include any taxes or other charges that the destination country's customs authority may apply.
- due to COVID-19, delivery times may be slightly delayed.
Albéric is not responsible for any stolen, lost or damaged items.
If you need a product for a specific date, we encourage you to reach out at any time, and we'll try our best to accommodate.
Payments & Taxes:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Prices displayed on the website do not include taxes. When proceeding to purchase an order, sales tax (where applicable) will be calculated on the total value of the merchandise. It will then be displayed in the order summary during checkout.
Please note that for orders placed within Canada, recipients are subject to GST or HST.
Customs & import duties:
For orders placed outside Canada, shipments are subject to international taxes, customs and/or import duties by the local customs authority. The recipient must pay these additional charges to get the shipment. Albéric does not take responsibility for these costs and does not offer compensation to cover them. If a recipient refuses to pay international taxes, customs or import duties, the parcel will be abandoned and will not be eligible for an online store credit or a refund.
Please note that we do not have control over additional charges or clearance delays.
