Albéric operates on a pre-order model, which means each piece is carefully handmade. We cannot offer a refund if you change your mind or if the item does not fit. When pre-orders closed, all items are considered final sales as they go into production and can’t be cancelled. We put a lot of care and energy into making your special piece, so please consider your purchase thoughtfully.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure you pre-order the correct size by visiting our sizing guide page. If unsure, we are happy to support you with this process.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please get in touch with us for assistance at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request. All repair, alteration or exchange claims (for items we cannot repair) must be made within 14 days following receipt of the order. Items must be returned in the exact condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. Albéric reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Please note :
- Any items received that have a defect can be repaired for free.
- Any items received that don’t fit well can be altered at an additional cost. Alteration fees are subject to change and will be provided upon request.
If we cannot repair or provide alterations, only exchange for online-store credit will be possible. Store credits are valid for two years from the date they were issued.
The return shipping cost, custom duties and taxes associated with the repairs, alterations or exchanges are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded by Albéric. Please make sure to use tracked shipping to send the item back to our studio to avoid any issues.
